液力变矩器闭锁离合器的最优滑摩控制

         

摘要

为了研究自动变速器闭锁离合器滑摩控制问题,建立了液力变矩器闭锁离合器滑摩过程动力学模型,对滑摩过程接合压力的最优控制进行了研究,以滑摩过程冲击度为约束条件、滑摩功最小为目标建立了最优控制的目标函数,根据泛函极值条件以及滑摩开始时的初始条件和离合器闭锁时的终端约束条件得到最优控制方程组,最后以配备液力机械式自动变速器和无级变速器的长安羚羊轿车为对象进行了闭锁离合器滑摩过程的最优控制计算仿真和试验.结果表明,闭锁离合器滑摩过程采用压力最优控制,可使滑摩到完全接合的过程平稳、冲击度和滑摩功小.最优控制避免了主动侧、从动侧目标滑差率的确定,增强了控制系统的通用性.%In order to investigate the slip control process of lock--up clutch in torque converter of automatic transmission (AT), the dynamic model of slip process of lock--up clutch and torque converter was established at first,then the optimal control pressure of slip process was studied. The permitted jerk(below 10) was used as constraint,and the objective function of optimal control was defined with the objects of minimizing the slip work, the optimal control equations were obtained according to the condition of extremum and the begin boundary conditions and the end point constraint condition. At last,the results of the calculation and simulation of the slip process of lock--up clutch which was in AT and continuously variable transmission(CVT) fit on ChangAn car were given. It shows that the process from slip to stick is very smooth,jerk is small below the allowed range and the slip work is also very small when optimal control of pressure is used in the slip process. It avoids to determine the press difference of driver and driven with optimal control, the adaptive trait has been increased.
