基于高速开关阀的数字式变量泵研究

摘要

提出一种由定量泵、高速开关阀、插装阀、蓄能器等元件组成,实现变量功能的数字式变量泵,研究不同参数对数字式变量泵性能的影响。通过优化闭环控制,使数字式变量泵具有较小的压力波动范围和较短的响应时间,最终实现数字式变量泵最佳的控制性能。%A digital variable displacement pump was presented to achieve the functionality of a variable displacement pump by combining a fixed displacement pump, a high--speed on/off valve, a car- tridge valve and an accumulator etc. The different parameters influenced on the performance of digital variable displacement pumps were studied. The best control performance of the digital variable dis- placement pump are achieved by closed--loop feedback optimal control, decreased the ripple size of output pressure and the response time.
