面向机械参量的通用数据采集仪的设计

             

摘要

针对机械参量信号的多样性和复杂性,该文设计了一种面向机械参量的通用数据采集仪,经简单配置后能够采集多种常见机械参量信号.文章首先用面向对象的设计思想对设计方案进行了模块划分,然后在介绍各个模块详细设计的过程中分析了实现通用性的难点并给出了相应解决方法,最后以常见的振动信号为采集对象,介绍了方案的具体实现过程.此采集仪可进行大多常见机械参量的测试,人机界面友好,有很好的应用前景.%Mechanical signals are complex and diversified. This paper presented a solution of a universal data acquisition instrument which can collect a variety of mechanical parameters. Firstly, the overall system was divided into modules based on object-oriented design concept and the technological route. Then the difficulties of implementing the instrument were analyzed and the solution was given in the process of describing the detailed design of each module. Finally, this design was implemented by the programming tools. Results show that the instrument can be used for collecting most of the common mechanical parameters and has a good prospect.
