基于准静态的泡沫橡胶耗能性能实验研究

         

摘要

Foam rubber has good energy dissipation ability as a new type of porous absorbing materials. Uniaxial experiment has been done with five types of closed-cell foam rubber and one type of solid rubber under cyclic-loading in this study. The experimental results show that with the increase of foam rubber density, the area of depression increased and the recovery more slow after the load of samples wad uninstalled, permanent deformation would appear. There is no cave for solid rubber when the compression experiment was carried out on it. Yielding region become shorter and the rate of collapse become faster along with the density increase of the foam rubbers. The damping property is more superior with the density decrease of foam rubber for the same loading.%泡沫橡胶是一种新型的多孔吸能材料,具有良好的减振吸能特性,该文对5种密度的闭孔泡沫橡胶和实心橡胶分别进行了单轴循环加载实验.实验研究表明:随着复合泡沫橡胶密度的增大,试样卸载后的凹陷面积逐渐增大,但实心复合橡胶卸载后没有凹陷现象;密度越大,卸载后变形的恢复越缓慢,每一种密度的复合泡沫橡胶都伴随有永久变形出现;随着泡沫橡胶密度的增大,应力-应变曲线上的平台区变短,泡孔塌陷速率增大;在同等加载条件下,密度变小,泡沫橡胶的减振性能更加优越.
