新能源汽车动态工况EMI测试系统构架设计与关键技术分析

     

摘要

Aiming at the current problems of new energy vehicle EMI test system such as low speed, not applicable to multi-frequency test and low degree of system integration and not in conformity with dynamic conditions of EMI test, requirement analysis of system was proposed. With the original independent system reserved, efficient and convenient integration plan and test framework was proposed to provide methods and ideas for brake pressure measurement, EMI fast test, data synchronization and other key technologies and lay a solid foundation to achieve the new energy vehicle dynamic conditions EMI test.%针对当前新能源汽车EMI测试系统速度慢尧不适用多频率测试尧系统集成化程度低尧不满足动态工况的问题,提出系统需求分析.在保留原有独立系统基础上提出高效便捷的集成方案与测试框架,对其中的制动压力测量尧EMI快速测试尧数据同步等关键技术提供方法和思路,为实现新能源汽车动态工况EMI测试奠定坚实的基础.
