船舶动态监管领域实施诚信管理的研究

摘要

Taking the dynamic ship control in the Chengshanjiao waters as the background and in view of the present circumstances of dynamic ship control in credibility management, the paper analyzes the necessity and feasibility of applying ship credibility management. It puts forward train of thought and the concrete approaches, aiming at providing reference for applying credibility management in the area of dynamic ship control.%以成山角水域船舶动态监控为背景，结合当前船舶动态监管工作在船舶诚信管理方面面临的形势，对实施船舶诚信管理的必要性和可行性进行了分析，提出了实施的思路和具体实现方式，以期为实现船舶动态监管领域的诚信管理提供参考。
