In view of the results from the investigation and research on the implementation of the Maritime Labor Convention conducted jointly by the Ministry of Transport and the Labor Inspection Bureau of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security in May 2014, the paper analyzes the key issues identified during the research and puts forward suggestions on further enhancing the convention implementation at the government level.%文中结合2014年5月交通运输部海事局与人社部劳动监察局联合开展的海事劳工公约履约调研相关情况，对调研中发现的部分重点问题进行归纳和分析，并针对政府层面提出进一步加强履约工作的建议。
