摘要

The paper analyzes practical issues existing in the safety control of ferry crossings, ferries and ferry transportation with the emphasis put on such issues as the responsibilities and tasks for each department and the departments responsible for ferry safety control designated by governments of county level. It also puts forward countermeasures and suggestions on enhancing safety control aiming at ensuring the life and property safety of the people traveling via water.%文中通过分析渡口、渡船和渡运安全监管中存在的现实问题，重点讨论了各部门的职责任务和县级政府明确渡口和渡运安全管理指定部门等问题，提出了强化安全管理的对策和建议，以确保水上出行人民群众生命及财产安全。
