电解金属锰生产过程中制液工艺的研究

             

摘要

In order to optimize the technology of preparation electrolytic manganese solution to reduce leaching residue,we have discussed about the situation of leaching manganese from manganese carbonate and roasted ore, including the deironing and neutralize process. The results showed that the leaching time of manganese carbonate and roasted ore were 4. 0,6. 0 h as appropriate respectively. In addition,the deironing and neutralizing time both should be controlled within 2. 0 h respectively. Manganese resource could be maximized in the control time.%为优化电解金属锰的制液工艺,降低一次压滤渣中锰含量,探讨了碳酸锰矿、焙烧矿的浸出,除铁以及中和过程中锰的变化情况.结果表明,碳酸锰矿和焙烧矿浸出时间分别以4.0,6.0 h为宜,除铁、中和时间应分别控制在2.0 h以内,在此控制时间内能使锰资源得到最大化利用.
