郑州地区公路用地集约评价

         

摘要

The purpose of this paper is to assess the intensity of land use for highway construction in Zhengzhou area in order to guide the rationality of highway development practically. The Method of multi-factors Evaluation was employed. The results indicated that the intensity of land use for highway construction in Zhengzhou area had increased from 2002 to 2009. Meanwhile the function of highway land became more and more effective; however the coordination of the highway expansion and the socio-economic development still needed to be improved. Compared to other regions of China, the intensity of highway land was relative high in Zhengzhou area. It is concluded that the key points of development of intensive land use for highway construction in Zhengzhou area was to optimize the land use structure, upgrade the existed highways and decrease the input of newly-buih area for highway construction.%研究目的:从公路用地的结构、功能和与外部因素的协调性出发,判断郑州地区公路建设用地的集约利用状况,指导公路用地的合理发展。研究方法:多因素综合评价法。研究结果:从历史纵向比较来看,2002—2009年郑州地区公路用地整体集约水平在不断提高,公路用地所发挥的功能呈增强趋势,但公路用地发展与社会经济的协调性有待加强。从横向比较来看,与中国其他地区相比,郑州地区公路用地集约度处于较高水平。研究结论:优化公路用地结构、对已有公路升级改造、减少新增公路用地是今后郑州市公路用地集约化发展的重点。
