研究目的:探讨城市陆地交通系统对土地利用的时空影响,并提出协调交通发展与土地利用的一些建议。研究方法:以广州番禺地区为例,利用GIS和RS技术,重点剖析城市陆地交通对城市扩张、城市土地价格、城市土地开发强度以及城市土地利用空间格局的变化驱动作用。研究结果:城市陆地交通的发展能造成土地利用的快速变化,能够加快沿线土地的开发利用,改变沿线土地的利用状况,使沿线土地价格升高,并改变用地结构,最终导致城市沿着主要交通干道向郊区蔓延。研究结论:陆地交通是城市土地利用变化的一个重要驱动因素。%The purpose of this paper is to probe into the impact of terrestrial transportation system on land use and propose some measures to coordinate land use with transportation. GIS and RS technologies were used and Panyu Area in Southern Guangzhou was chosen as an example. We especially focused on how the transportation affect the urban expanding, urban land price, urban land development intensity and land use spatial structure. Our study showed that terrestrial transportation system could boost land utility. It could accelerate land development, change land use condition, enhance land price, improve land use structure, and result in urban expanding towards suburb. It is concluded that terrestrial transportation becomes one of the most important facts on urban land use.
