开发区土地集约利用评价信息管理体系构建研究

摘要

This paper aims to develop an information management system for the assessment of intensive land use in development zones. Method of documentation, experience analysis and systematic analysis were employed. Based on the analysis on the current situation and the aims of information management of land intensive use in development zones, the paper presents a general idea and practical path for developing the management system, and further designs a concrete structure and devices the measures for application for the system. The study concludes that （ 1 ）it is necessary to develop the information management system for assessing the intensive land use in development zones; （2）the information management system should he built step by step, i.e., from the system of assessment data to the systems of assessment and application, and to the eventual establishment of a dynamics integrated system of information management.%研究目的：构建开发区土地集约利用评价信息管理体系，实现开发区土地评价管理的集约化、信息化、科学化、动态化，提升管理水平，推动开发区土地集约利用。研究方法：文献资料法、经验分析法和系统分析法。研究结果：系统分析了开发区土地集约利用评价信息管理的现状和目标，提出管理体系构建的总体设想和实现路径，并进行实体架构的设计及应用部署构思。研究结论：开发区土地集约利用评价信息管理系统构建具有必要性，建议采取“整体规划、突出重点、急用先行、逐项实施”的思路，分步建立评价数据体系、评价与应用体系，最终实现覆盖全国的开发区土地集约利用评价动态综合信息管理体系。
