冠心病患者血小板膜结合纤维rn蛋白原的定量测定及与血脂的关系

             

摘要

为了探讨冠心病患者血小板聚集性增强的机制,我们运用免疫荧光技术,测定了血小板膜结合纤维蛋白原(Fg)在正常人、不稳定心绞痛患者(UA)的动静脉血中的量,以及受检者的血脂。结果表明血小板膜结合Fg的量及LDL在正常人、UA患者的动静脉血中均呈递增趋势,差异具有显著性,同时动静脉的血小板膜结合Fg的相关性良好且静脉血血小板膜结合Fg的量明显高于动脉血的Fg的量,差异具有显著性。它们与血脂中TC及LDL成正相关。提示血小板膜结合Fg用LDL在冠心病的发展过程中是同时存在早期的病理变化,都有加重冠状动脉病变的作用。冠心病患者血小板是体循环中血液由动脉流向静脉时不断被活化的。%Objective:In order to researching the structural basis and pathogensis of platelet aggregation in patients with coronary artery disease (CAD).Methods:Platelet bound fibrinogen in vein and artery was measured by immunofluorescent in thirty-five patients and twenty-five normal subjects,blood lipoprotein were measured as well.Results:The results were following:(1) Platelet bound fibrinogen in vein and artery in patients with unstable angina pectoris (UA) are higher than normal subjects;(2) Low density lipoprotein (LDL) and TC in CAD patients are higher than normal subjects;(3) Linear correlation analysis revealed that there were perfect positive correlation between the platelet bound fibrinogen in vein and in artery,the same results got between the platelet bound fibrinogen and blood TC and LDL;(4) The platelet bound fibrinogen in vein were higher than that in artery.Conclusions:(1) The higher fibrinogen binding to platelet might be a pathophysiologic basis of unstable angina pectoris;(2) Blood LDL and TC might be a inducing factor in the aggregate of platelets;(3) The platelets were stimulated constantly during the blood flow through artery to vein in CAD patients especially in UA group.
