中期因子和微血管密度在骨肉瘤中的表达及其意义

[Objective]To investigate the expression of midkine(MK)and microvessel density(MVD)in osteosarcoma and the relationship between them and tumor biologic behavior.[Methods]Immunohistochemical examination was used to detect MK and MVD in 45 cases of osteosarcoma,and we analyzed thdr rehtivity with malignant degree and prognosis in osteosarcoma.[Results]The positive rate of MK in osteosareoma was 37.78%.There Was no significant difference of the expression between MK and MVD in Price pathologic grades(P＞0.05),but there was significant difference in Enneching surgical stages(P＜0.01)Significant difference of the expressions of MK and MVD was found between cases with lung metastasis and without lung metastasis(P＜0.01).There was significant correlation in osteosarcoma between MK and MVD.[Conclusion]There is significant correlation between the expression of MK and MVD and the malignant degree of osteosareoma,so that MK and MVD misht be used as markers of malignant degree and prognosis in osteosarcoma.%目的 探讨中期因子(MK)和微血管密度(MVD)在骨肉瘤中的表达及其与肿瘤生物学行为的关系.方法 采用免疫组织化学方法检测45例骨肉瘤标本MK和MVD的表达水平,并分析其与骨肉瘤恶性程度及预后的相关性.结果 骨肉瘤中MK表达的阳性率为37.78%.MK和MVD的表达在骨肉瘤Price病理分级中差异无显著性(P＞0.05),在Enneching外科分期中差异有显著性(P＜0.01);肺转移组与无肺转移组MK和MVD的表达差异有显著性(P＜0.01);骨肉瘤中MK与MVD表达差异有显著性(P＜0.01).结论 MK和MVD与骨肉瘤的恶性程度密切相关,可作为判断肿瘤恶性程度及评价预后的指标.
