血小板检测参数与系统性红斑狼疮疾病活动的相关性分析

             

摘要

目的 观察系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者血小板参数变化与疾病活动性、免疫球蛋白G(IgG)和补体3(C3)的关系.方法 选取该院收治的79例SLE患者为研究对象,根据SLE疾病活动指数(SLEDAI)评分,将患者分为活动组52例和非活动组27例,另选取健康体检者50例为对照组,分别检测其血小板参数及反应疾病活动度的免疫指标(IgG和C3),同时记录SLE患者的SLEDAI.观察血小板检测参数与SLE疾病活动度的相关性.结果 SLE活动组患者血小板(PLT)及C3的水平明显低于SLE非活动组和健康对照组;平均血小板体积(MPV)和IgG的水平明显高于SLE活动组和健康对照组;血小板体积分布宽度(PDW)的水平明显高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(<0.05).SLE非活动组患者PLT及C3的水平低于健康对照组,MPV和IgG的水平高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(<0.05).SLE患者PLT与SLEDAI及IgG呈负相关,与C3呈正相关(=-0.77、-0.63和0.61,<0.05);SLE患者MPV与SLEDAI及IgG呈正相关,与C3呈负相关(=0.67、0.34和-0.43,<0.05).结论 血小板检测参数中的PLT和MPV与SLE疾病活动度有关,可以作为SLE疾病活动性的判定指标.%Objective To evaluate relationship of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) platelet parameters and disease activity, IgG and C3. Methods In our hospital, 79 cases of SLE patients were selected. According to the SLE disease activity index (SLEDAI) score, patients were divided into active (52 cases) and inactive group (17 cases), another 50 healthy cases were selected as control group. Immune parameters platelet parameters and reaction disease activity (IgG and C3) were measured, and the SLEDAI in SLE patients was recorded. Results In patients with SLE active group, PLT and C3 levels were significantly lower than the inactive SLE group and the healthy control group, MPV and IgG levels were significantly higher than the inactive SLE group and the healthy control group, PDW level significantly was higher than the healthy control group, the differences were statistically significant ( <0.05). PLT and C3 levels in inactive SLE patients were lower than the control group, MPV and IgG levels were higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant ( <0.05). PLT and SLEDAI in SLE patients were negatively correlated with IgG, and positively correlated with C3 ( = -0.77, -0.63 and 0.61, <0.05). SLE patients MPV was positively correlated with SLEDAI and IgG, and negatively correlated with C3 ( =0.67, 0.34 and -0.43, <0.05). Conclusions Platelets PLT and MPV parameters with SLE disease activity can be determined as an indicator of the SLE disease activity.
