血浆谷氧还蛋白水平与新诊断2型糖尿病患者颈动脉粥样硬化的相关性研究

             

摘要

目的 探讨血浆谷氧还蛋白(Grx)水平与新诊断2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者颈动脉粥样硬化(CAS)的相关性.方法 选取2016年1月~2016年5月于唐山市人民医院内分泌科就诊的新诊断T2DM患者100例作为研究对象.根据颈动脉超声检查结果将其分为CAS组(CAS组,n=52例)和非CAS组(NCAS组,n=48例).同时从该院健康体检中心选取非糖尿病健康人群55例作为正常对照组(NC组,n=55例).记录其年龄、性别、体重指数(BMI)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP),收集其临床检验结果,包括空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1C)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP).采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测血浆Grx水平.结果 3组间Grx水平比较结果显示,CAS组和NCAS组均高于NC组,CAS组高于NCAS组(均P<0.05);在T2DM患者中,Grx与HbA1c、hs-CRP均呈正相关(均P<0.05);在T2DM患者中,经Logistic回归分析发现,年龄(O^R=1.225,P=0.021)、HbA1c(O^R=1.754,P=0.016)、Grx(O^R=1.556,P=0.009)均为其CAS发生的危险因素.结论 新诊断T2DM患者血浆Grx与其CAS相关,提示Grx可能参与了CAS的发生及发展.%Objective To investigate the association of plasma glutaredoxin (Grx) with carotid atherosclerosis (CAS) in newly-diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients. Methods A total of 100 patients who were newly diagnosed as T2DM and cared in the Department of Endocrinology of Tangshan People's Hospital from January 2016 to May 2016 were recruited, and divided into CAS group (52 cases) and non-CAS group (NCAS group, 48 cases). At the same time, 55 healthy subjects without T2DM from the Medical Examination Center were recruited as normal control (NC) group. Data including age, sex, BMI, SBP and DBP were recorded. Clinical parameters including FPG, HbA1c, TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, Hcy and hs -CRP were collected. Plasma Grx level was measured by enzyme -linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The levels of Grx of the CAS and NCAS groups were both higher than that of the NC group, and the levels of Grx of the CAS group was higher than that of the NCAS group (all P < 0.05). In the T2DM patients, Grx was positively correlated with HbA1c and hs-CRP (P < 0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that age (OR^ =1.225,P =0.021), HbA1c (OR^ =1.754,P =0.016) and Grx (OR^ =1.556, P=0.009) were the risk factors of CAS in the T2DM patients. Conclusions Plasma Grx is closely correlated with carotid atherosclerosis in newly-diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients, suggesting that plasma Grx may be involved in the occurrence and development of carotid atherosclerosis in newly-diagnosed T2DM patients.
