大疱性类天疱疮外周血淋巴细胞亚群分析

摘要

目的:分析大疱性类天疱疮(BP)患者外周血淋巴细胞亚群的变化.方法:应用流式细胞仪检测22例BP患者外周血CD3+、CD3+CD4+、CD3+ CD8+、CD3-CD16+CD 56+和CD19+淋巴细胞亚群的百分比,并应用Flow Count荧光球进行绝对计数.结果:BP患者CD3+、CD3+ CD8+百分率与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；而BP患者CD3+CD4+、CD3-CD19+、CD3-CD16+ CD56+百分率与对照组百分率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).BP患者中T细胞和B细胞绝对计数与对照组比较均降低.结论:患者T细胞亚群存在异常,CD8+T细胞百分比降低,CD4 +/CD8+比率增高,T淋巴细胞亚群免疫应答反应出现失衡.%Objective: To investigate the peripheral lymphocyte subsets from the patients with bullous pemphigoicl (BP). Methods: Twenty - two BP patients and 20 healthy persons were enrolled in this study, Both the percentage and the absolute count of CD3 + ,CD3 + CD4 + , CD3 + CD8 + , CD19 + , and CD3 - CD16 + CD56 + were measured. Results: Compared with health group, the percentage of CD3 + , CD3 + CD8 + was decreased significantly ( P < 0.05) in BP group, but there was no significant difference in the percentage of CD3 + CD4 + , CD3 - CD19 + , CD3-CD16+ CD56+ (P>0.05) in BP group. Compared with health group, the count of both T lymphocytes and B lymphocyte was decreased significantly ( P < 0.05 } in BP group than in control group. Conduaon: The results of the study suggest that the lymphocyte subpopulation values observed in BP patients are related to immuno-logical unbalance.
