Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of 0.1% adapalene in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods: Literature review was made using Medline,EMBASE,Cochrane Library, CBM, VIP, CNKI databases by computer. Random clinical trials were selected into the analysis, according to including and excluding recruitment criteria, quality assessment of the papers. Meta- analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.0 software. Results: Twenty- three reports, including 6,343 patients were included in the analysis, 3,253 cases in treatment group, 3,090 cases in control group. The results showed 0.1% Adapalene was superior to sulfur preparations [ 74.5 % vs 57.7%, OR = 2.16, 95% CI (1.83,2.54), P<0.0l], benzoyl peroxide [84.1% vs62.5%, OR = 3.17, 95% CI(2.59,3.89), P < 0.01] and placebo [74.5% vs 57.7%, OR = 2.16,95% CI (1.83,2.54), P< 0.01]. The main adverse reaction of 0.1% adapalene is local stimulation such as erythema, desquamation, pruritus and so on. Conclusion: 0.1% adapalene is effective and safe in the treatment of acne vulgaris with mild adverse reactions .%目的:评价0.1%阿达帕林凝胶治疗寻常型痤疮的有效性及安全性.方法:电子检索Cochrane图书馆、MEDLINE、EMBASE、CNKI、CBM,纳入0.1%阿达帕林凝胶治疗寻常型痤疮的随机对照试验,制定纳入排除标准、评价文献质量、提取数据,并使用RevMan 5.0软件进行Meta分析.结果:共纳入23个报告,包括6343例治疗组病人和3253例对照组病人.0.1%阿达帕林凝胶临床总疗效优于硫磺制剂[74.5% vs 57.7%,OR=2.16,95% CI(1.83,2.54),P<0.01],过氧化苯甲酰凝胶[84.1% vs62.5%,OR=3.17,95% CI (2.59,3.89),P<0.01]及安慰剂[74.5% vs 57.7%,OR=2.16,95% CI(1.83,2.54),P<0.01],与他扎罗汀总疗效相似.主要副作用有轻度局部红斑、瘙痒和脱屑.结论:0.1%阿达帕林凝胶治疗寻常型痤疮良好疗效,不良反应轻微.
