患者，女，77岁。口唇、舌黏膜色素沉着30余年，指(趾)甲色素沉着10余年。无腹部症状，胃肠镜检查未发现息肉。家族中未有类似疾病的患者。根据临床诊断为Laugier-Hunziker综合征。%A 77-year-old female presented with macular pigmentation of the cheek, oral mucosa and tongue for 30 years. She has had nails pigmentation for 10 years. There was no abdominal symptoms. Gastros-copy and colonoscopy did not show any polyposis. She has no family history of the disease. The diagnosis of Laugier-Hunziker syndrome was made according to clinical symptoms.
