光线性类网织细胞增生症1例

摘要

A 66-year-old man presented as diffuse, infiltrating dark erythemas in the exposure area, such as head, face, ears, neck, chest"V" area and the back of hand, with itching. The pathological and immu-nohistochemical results indicated actinic reticuloid.%患者，男，66岁。头、面、双耳、颈部、胸前“V”字区以及双手背弥漫性浸润性暗红斑伴痒1年余。组织病理及免疫组化确诊为光线性类网织细胞增多症。
