鳞状毛囊角化病1例

A 29-year-old female presented with small scaly patches on the buttocks for 2 years. There was a black dot in the centre of these patches and the lesions developed to the groins gradually. The histopatholo-gy showed that hyperkeratosis and keratotic plugging without parakeratosis, acanthosis cell layer thickening and perivascular lymphocytic infiltration in the upper dermis. The diagnosis of keratosis follicularis squamosa was made.%患者，女，29岁。臀部散发性小丘疹2年，中心有一小黑点，局部覆有鳞屑，逐渐发展至腹股沟部。皮损组织病理：表皮轻度角化过度，无角化不全，并角质栓形成，棘层灶性轻度增厚，真皮浅层小血管周少量淋巴细胞浸润。诊断：鳞状毛囊角化病。
