5％米诺地尔酊联合670 nm＋830 nm激光治疗雄激素性脱发的疗效评价

摘要

目的：：评价670 nm＋830 nm激光联合5％米诺地尔酊对雄激素性脱发的疗效。方法：将60例雄激素性脱发患者随机分为治疗组与对照组：对照组单纯外用5％米诺地尔酊治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用670 nm＋830 nm激光照射治疗,每周治疗2次,30 min/次,6个月后进行疗效评定。结果：实际完成治疗及观察人数58例(实验组2例失访),治疗组总有效率为85.7％,对照组为53.3％,差异显著(χ2＝10.02,P<0.01),两组不良反应发生率无显著差异(χ2＝0,P>0.05)。结论：670 nm＋830 nm激光联合5％米诺地尔酊治疗雄激素性脱发安全、有效,可参考应用。%Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of 5% minoxidil combined with 670 nm+830 nm laser in the treatment of androgenic alopecia. Methods: Sixty patients with androgen alopecia were en-rolled and randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with 5% mi-noxidil topically and the treatment group was treated with 5% minoxidil topically and 670 nm+830 nm laser ir-radiation, 30 mins/per treatment, twice a week. The efficacy was evaluated at 6 month after the treatment. Results:Fifty-eight patients completed the study ( two patients in the treatment were lost in follow-up) . The total effective rate in the treatment group was 85. 7%, which was higher than that in the control group (53.3%), with a significant difference between the two groups (χ2=10.02, P<0.01). The difference in side effects between the two groups was not significant (χ2=0, P>0.05) . Conclusion:The combination of 670 nm+830 nm laser and 5% minoxidil in the treatment of androgen alopecia is effective and safe.
