白介素-17( interleukin-17, IL-17)家族成员包括六个配体( IL-17A至IL-17F)以及五个受体( IL-17RA至IL-17RE)。各个配体通过与相应的受体复合体结合而发挥生物学效应。 IL-17通过刺激抗微生物肽、趋化因子及促炎性细胞因子的释放防御外界病原体的侵袭。同时也因为IL-17诱导了一些促炎性细胞因子、趋化因子等表达增加,而被证实其与多种炎症性及自身免疫性疾病的发病相关。本文重点探讨IL-17家族各成员与银屑病发病的相关性。%The members of interleukin-17( IL-17) family consist of six ligands ( IL-17A to IL-17F) , and five receptors ( IL-17RA to IL-17RE) . Each ligand binds to the corresponding receptor complex and then exerts biological effects. IL-17 can fight extracorporeal pathogens by activating host defense pathways, pro ̄moting release of antimicrobial peptides, chemokines and pro-inflammatory cytokines. Due to the increase in the expression of pro-inflammatory cytokines and chemokines, IL-17 has been proved to be associated with the pathogenesis of some inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. The relationship between the members of IL-17 family and the pathogenesis of psoriasis were reviewed in this paper.
