35例重症天疱疮患者的护理

摘要

Mortality of patients with severe pemphigus is high because patients suffered from long-term treatment, and system and skin infection. The early control of skin damage can heal the erosion, improve the cure rate and decrease mortality. Nursing care including active prevention and control of infections, wounds protection, pain relief, rational nutritional support, close observation of patients' conditions, skin and muco￣sa care and erosion surface, basic nursing, daily living care and psychological nursing, post-hospital guiding effectively promote the healing of the skin lesion, reduce complications and decrease mortality.%重症天疱疮病程长、恢复慢、治疗难度大，容易继发皮肤和系统感染等并发症而导致死亡，及早控制皮损，使糜烂面得到愈合，能提高该病治愈率、降低死亡率。本组护理中积极预防和控制感染，保护创面，缓解疼痛，合理营养，严密观察病情变化，加强皮肤黏膜糜烂面护理、基础护理、生活护理、心理护理，做好出院指导，能促进皮损有效愈合，减少并发症，降低死亡率。
