鼻内镜辅助下治疗颧骨颧弓骨折的术式探讨

摘要

目的 探讨鼻内镜在颧骨颧弓骨折中的临床意义.方法 通过对18例颧骨颧弓骨折病例在鼻内镜辅助下,经口内及颧部皮肤小切口对骨折进行固定.结果 18例患者面部皮肤均无明显手术疤痕及面瘫症状,随访3～6个月,咬合关系和张口度均恢复正常,面部外形除1人局部稍肿胀外,其余恢复满意.结论 鼻内镜辅助下治疗颧骨颧弓骨折具有损伤小,恢复快,并发症少的优点,基本达到“恢复功能并兼顾外观”的要求.%[Objective] To discuss the clinical significance of nasal endoscope in zygomatic fracture. [Methods] 18 cases of zygomatic fractures were fixed under the nasal endoscope through the mouth and skin incision . [Results] All 18 patients had no obvious facial skin scar and facial paralysis symptoms, up 3 to 6 months, the occlusion and mouth opening were normal, except a person of local facial appearance was slightly swollen, the other recovered satisfactorily. [Conclusion] Endoscopic-assisted treatment of zygomatic fractures with injury, quick recovery, less complication and reached the "restoration of function and appearance into account" requirement.
