Objective To explore the relationship between trauma exposure and depression on rescue workers in Navy Army. Methods A questionnaire suevey was conducted among 239 navy rescue workers, 234 male and 5 female, aged 18~40, to explore the relationship between trauma exposure and the positive rate of depression. Results Depression was significantly correlated with trauma exposure (P=0.035). Conclusion Depression might be significantly correlated with trauma exposure on navy army rescue workers.%目的:探讨海军某部救援人员创伤暴露与抑郁的相关性,为该部救援人员的心理卫生工作提供数据支持。方法采用横断面调查设计,对239名海军某部救援人员进行面对面问卷调查,对创伤暴露与抑郁的关系进行分析。结果创伤暴露与抑郁相关,且P<0.050,差异有统计学意义。结论该部海军救援人员创伤暴露与抑郁可能相关,该部心理卫生工作应针对其特点开展。
