目的:定量分析正常成年人颈髓FA、ADC值,并观察其与年龄、颈髓节段之间的关系。方法将40名健康志愿者按不同的年龄段分成4组。利用西门子3.0T磁共振扫描仪对所有健康志愿者行常规MRI及矢状位DTI扫描。测量所有健康志愿者颈2至颈7椎体平面各个节段脊髓FA、ADC值。结果健康志愿者颈髓不同节段间平均FA值差异有统计学意义(F=8.203,P<0.05),随颈髓节段的降低,FA呈减低趋势。颈髓不同节段平均ADC值之间差异无统计学意义(F=0.838,P>0.05)。颈髓不同年龄组的平均FA值差异有统计学意义(F=5.737,P<0.05),且随着年龄的增加,FA呈减低趋势;不同年龄组间平均ADC值的差异无统计学意义(F=0.533,P>0.05)。结论利用3.0T磁共振扫描仪,能够获取较为满意的颈髓DTI图像,且能够测量颈髓DTI各项参数值。%Objective To quantitatively analyze the values of FA and ADC in the cervical spinal cord for healthy adults, and determine its correlation with age and cervical spinal cord segment. Methods A total of 40 healthy subjects were enrolled into the current study. They were divided into four groups according to their ages and underwent conventional MRI and DTI scanning using 3.0T MR. The values of FA and ADC in each cervical spinal cord segment between C2 to C7 were measured. Results The average values of FA and ADC obtained in various segments were statistically different (F=8.203, P<0.05). A decrease trend was observed for the value of FA from C2 to C7. Statistical differences were determined in the average value of FA obtained in various age groups (F=5.737, P<0.05) rather than in various segments (F=0.838,P>0.05). A decrease trend was also observed for the value of FA as the age of a subject increased. There was no significant difference as to the average value of ADC between these age groups (F=0.533, P>0.05). Conclusion DTI images can be taken after using 3.0T MRI-DTI to examine the cervical spinal cord, in addition to various Parameters.
