儿童和青少年高度近视眼底损害与屈光度的关系

摘要

目的了解儿童和青少年高度近视的屈光度与眼底损害的关系。方法 230只眼按屈光度的不同分为5组，统计各组中眼底损害情况。结果高度近视眼底病变包括后巩膜葡萄肿、玻璃体变性、漆裂样纹损害、黄斑区Fuchs斑和黄斑出血。屈光度在-6.00D～-8.00者58只眼均未发现上述眼底损害；从-12.00D开始随着近视度的加深，眼底损害的发生率不断增加。结论屈光度的加深是出现眼底损害和并发症发生的重要因素之一。%OBJECTIVE　To observe the relationship between fundus damage and diopter in children and youths with high myopia. METHODS　Two hundred and thirty eyes were divided into five groups according to dioptric states. The fundus damages were described and analyzed in the each group. RESULTS　High myopia damages involve posterior scleral staphyloma, vitreous degeneration, lacquer crack lesion, macular region Fuchs spot and macular hemorrhage.There were not aforesaid fundus damage in 58 eyes with diopter of ametropia from -6.00D and- 8.00D.Constituent radio the fundus damages were increased with add of myopic degree in the cases over -12.00D. CONCLUSION　Increase of diopter is one of the important factors for fundus damage and occurrence of complication in the patients with high myopia.
