目的 探讨外路视网膜脱离手术前后应用中药颗粒剂对临床疗效的影响.方法 孔源性视网膜脱离病例67例(69只眼),随机分为2组,均予施行显微镜直视下外路视网膜脱离手术.治疗组35例(35只眼)术前术后口服中药颗粒剂治疗；对照组34例(34只眼)采用常规疗法.结果 1.术前视网膜下积液:治疗组明显吸收30只眼,部分吸收4只眼,有效吸收率97.14％;对照组明显吸收20只眼,部分吸收8只眼,有效吸收率82.35％,2组差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).2.术后视力:术后28 d时,治疗组术后视力恢复0.1以上者94.29％；对照组术后视力恢复0.1以上者88.23％.结论 中药与显微镜直视下外路视网膜脱离手术配合治疗视网膜脱离较单纯显微镜直视下视网膜脱离手术的效果更好.%OBJECTIVE To study the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine granules applied before and after outside road retinal detachment surgery under microscope. METHODS Sixty-seven (69 eyes) rhegmatogenous retinal detachment cases were randomly divided into two groups, treatment group (35 cases) with preoperative and postoperative oral medicine treatment; control group (34 cases) of conventional therapy. RESULTS Before the surgery, the treatment group subretinal fluid absorption rate was 97.14%, while in the control group was 82.35%. The difference was statistically significant; in treatment group, the rate of visual acuity recovery (more than 0.1) was 94.29%; in control group, the rate of visual acuity recovery (more than 0.1) was 88.23%. CONCLUSIONS The effect of traditional Chinese medicine applied to the outside road retinal detachment surgery under microscope was better than that of the surgery alone without Chinese medicine.
