化学诱导的糖尿病视网膜病变动物模型研究进展

摘要

There are many different kinds of preparation methods to make animal models of diabetic retinopathy. Chemical induced animal models are widely used because of its simple source and method, cheap and less complications. This article showed the method, drug category, dosage, drug-delivery way, standards, animal species and time for success, etc, and briefly introduced the expression by body characteristic imaging technology in these models. It provided the reference for researchers to understand and choose the suitable animal model for research.%糖尿病视网膜病变动物模型的制备方法有多种，其中化学诱导的动物模型因其来源简单、方法简便、经济、并发症少等优点而被广泛应用。本文就现在常用的化学诱导的糖尿病视网膜病变动物模型的构建、药物类别、使用剂量、给药途径、成模标准、动物种属、成模时间等方面进行阐述，同时简要说明体内成像技术在这些模型中的特征性表现，为研究人员了解以及选择合适的动物模型进行研究提供参考。
