针刺联合刮痧配合走罐治疗Meige综合征40例

         

摘要

目的 探讨针刺联合刮痧配合走罐治疗梅杰综合征的疗效.方法 回顾分析近2年针刺联合刮痧配合走罐治疗Meige综合征患者40例(80只眼)的临床资料,依据Shorr和Albert等制定的痉挛强度分级评估方法,进行疗效评价,并对轻、中、重等不同眼肌痉挛强度分级进行疗效对比分析.结果 40例患者80只眼,显效16只眼,有效58只眼,总有效率为92.5%.轻、中、重度者的显效率分别为30.7%,18.1%,0.0%;总有效率分别92.3%,95.4%,80.0%.整体上眼肌痉挛强度分级低者的疗效好于分级高者,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 针刺联合刮痧配合走罐可以有效减轻Meige综合征临床症状,眼肌痉挛强度分级低者的疗效相对更好.%OBJECTIVE Meige syndrome is a rare disease in clinical with great damage on normal lives of patients.The pathogenesis of Meige syndrome is still not clear and difficult to treat.Therefore,it is important to find a feasible and effective traditional Chinese therapeutic plan.This study was designed to observe the curative effect of acupuncture with scrapping and slide cupping therapy on Meige syndrome and provide a non-drug therapeutic solution for this disease.METHODS Forty Meige syndrome cases (80 eyes) managed by acupuncture combined scrapping and slide cupping in recent two years were retrospectively analyzed.The curative effect was evaluated by spasm intensity grading evaluation method from Shorr and Albert.And comparative analysis on the curative effect between cases with different degree of spasm intensity was performed.RESULTS For the 40 cases (80 eyes),16 eyes were significantly effective,58 eyes were effective and the total effective rate was 92.5%;the effective rate of cases with slight spasm was 92.3%;the effective rate of cases with medium spasm was 95.4%;comparisons between the slight and the medium cases showed significant difference (p=0.040);comparisons between the effective rates of slight and the severe cases showed statistical significance (p =0.025);the comparison between medium and severe cases showed difference as well (p<0.01).CONCLUSIONS Acupuncture combined with scrapping and slide cupping effectively relieved symptoms of Meige syndrome cases and the curative effect was related to eye muscle spasm strength grade.Specifically,the lower eye muscle spasm intensity scale was,the higher total effective rate.
