施耐德PLC在攀钢钒两台360m^2烧结棚自动控制系统中的应用

摘要

攀钢钒烧结技术改造，拆除落后的130m^2烧结机，新建工艺技术先进的360m^2烧结机，本文介绍TQuantumPLC在两台360m^2烧结机自动控制系统中的应用，自动控制系统的组成、特点和功能，并着重介绍了该系统在配料、点火炉温度控制、BTP、三机速度联动等自动控制功能的实现。%Pansteel and,vanadium co. makes sinter technological transformation, dismantle original 130m^2 sinter machines. Two sets of 360m^2 sinter machines are built, the have advanced technology and control. This paper introduces the application of Quantum PLC in 360m^2 sinter machines autocontrol systems. It introduces the composition, characters and function of the system. It specially introduces the achievements of the autocontrol system in burden, temperature of ignition, BTP, speeds linkage of three machines.
