模糊逻辑数据融合LED智能无影灯调光系统

     

摘要

According to analysis of the working principle of the traditional LED shadowless system and the current development trend of intelligent lighting, this article will propose a shadowless LED intelligent Constant light system implementation scheme. The system uses multiple ultrasonic sensors fuzzy logic data fusion algorithm to to determine the location of the obstruction which caused the shadow during a surgery, then automatically produce LED lighting-source group driving scheme based on the judgment result, and eliminate shadows in a real-time method. The shadowless LED intelligent constant light system constructs a PID closed-loop feedback regulation by utilizing the TSL2561T, a digital photoelectric sensor, to get the real-time feedback data of lighting, and bases on indirect measurement to measure the lighting conditions of the operating table surface, then the system carries out an intelligent adjustment to fit the LED brightness to meet the surgery needs on the operating table. After several experiment and observations, the system under different lighting conditions maintains a constant brightness within the range of light and it can accurately determine the location of the obstruction which in the light range and utilize the stepless adjustment to erase the shadow of it efficiently.%通过对传统LED无影灯的工作原理和当前智能照明的发展趋势的分析,提出LED智能恒光无影灯系统设计方案。系统采用多超声波传感器模糊逻辑数据融合算法判断手术过程中造成阴影的遮挡物位置,并根据判断结果产生LED光源组驱动方案,达到实时消除阴影的目的。 LED智能恒光无影灯系统利用数字光电传感器TSL2561T实时反馈的数据建立PID闭环反馈调节,通过间接测量手术工作台的光照情况,进行LED亮度的智能调节,使手术台处的亮度满足手术需要。经多次实验数据观察,该无影灯系统可在不同亮度环境下保持光照范围内亮度恒定,无影灯可有效消除阴影,无级调节效果良好。
