NCCN指南在肿瘤学临床教学过程中的应用及临床价值研究

摘要

肿瘤学NCCN诊疗规范指南制定建立在循证医学证据支持上.肿瘤内科提倡通过NCCN诊疗指南规范临床行为,提高患者生活质量,延长患者生存时间.带教老师在教学过程及教学内容上应对医学生进行循证思维的培养,以NCCN指南指导诊治的基础上,做到循证、多学科、个体化治疗.%The NCCN guidelines are established on the basis of evidence-based medicine. The clinical behavior of doctor in the oncolo-gy department is normalized by NCCN guidelines. To afford evidence-based,multidisciplinary,personalized treatment for patients, preceptors need to train students of evidence-based thinking and let them base their diagnosis and treatment on NCCN to make evi-dence-based,multi-disciplinary and individual treatment regimen.
