哺乳动物毛囊结构特征及调控机制

摘要

The hair follicle, the basis of hair growth, is one of the few organs of the postnatal mammals that undergoes cyclic bouts of degeneration and regeneration throughout life. This review summarized the structural characteristics, morphogenesis, cyclic bouts of hair follicle, the structure of dermal papilla and its function in the development of follicle, and the related regulation signal pathway of the hair follicle morphogenesis and development,etc. This work laid the foundation for the hair follicle development of mammals, especially for the wool animal breeding and depilation disease therapy.%哺乳动物的毛囊是产生被毛的组织,是哺乳动物生后少数具有周期性再生功能的器官之一.文章从哺乳动物毛囊的结构特征、毛囊的形成发育过程、毛乳头结构及其在毛囊发育中的作用、毛囊周期性变化过程与形态变化、调控毛囊形成与发育的相关信号传导通路等方面进行了详细阐述,为深入了解哺乳动物毛囊的发育机制,尤其为指导毛用动物选育及治疗脱毛性疾病提供理论参考.
