不同饲料添加剂对舍饲肉牛生长性能和养分消化率的影响

             

摘要

This experiment studied the influence of the different feed additives on the growth performance and the nutrients’ digestibilities of beef cattle. 42 15-month-old Simental crossing-breed cattles with the average weight of 326.57 kg±11.01 kg in good body condition were randomly divided into 7 groups (control group, group I,group Ⅱ,group Ⅲ,group Ⅳ,group Ⅴ,groupⅥ). Each group had 6 repetitions which contained a cow for each. The control group was fed with base fodder and the test groups were fed with probiotics 1, probiotics 2, multi-enzyme preparations 1, multi-enzyme preparations 2, monensin and compound Chinese herbal medicine additives respectively for 60 days. The results showed that ,compared with the control group, each additive could improve the growth speed of the beef cattle, but there was no significant difference among the groups(P > 0.05),with the group Ⅵ as the best group. Each subject of additive could promote the nutrient digestibility of the beef cattle with some degree impacts. The EE digestibility of group Ⅵ was significantly lower than those in group I to group Ⅳ(P< 0.05),and there was a significant difference between NDF digestibilities of the group Ⅴ and group Ⅳ. The ADF digestibilities in group I and Ⅴwere significantly higher than that in group Ⅲ(P<0.05). As a result,every additive in this study could improve the growth per-formance and digestibility of the beef cattle with different influence degree.%试验旨在研究不同饲料添加剂对肉牛生长性能和养分消化率的影响。选用体况良好、平均体重326.57 kg±11.01 kg、年龄约15月龄的西门塔尔杂交肉牛42头,采用完全随机试验设计,将牛只随机分为7组(对照组、试验 I、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组),每组6个重复,对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组在基础饲粮中分别添加益生菌1、益生菌2、复合酶制剂1、复合酶制剂2、莫能菌素和中草药复合添加剂,正试期60 d。结果表明:与对照组相比,各参试添加剂组肉牛生产性能均有所提高,但相互间无显著差异(P >0.05),以中草药添加剂组最高;各参试添加剂对肉牛各养分消化率均具有促进和提高作用,但各添加剂对养分消化率的影响程度不同,中草药添加剂组的 EE 消化率显著低于两益生菌组(P<0.05)和两复合酶制剂组(P<0.05);NDF 消化率莫能菌素组与益生菌2组间差异显著(P<0.05);ADF 消化率益生菌1组和莫能菌素组显著高于复合酶制剂1组(P<0.05)。总之,在该试验条件下,肉牛饲粮中添加各参试饲料添加剂,均可提高肉牛生长性能和各养分消化率,且影响程度不一。
