不同饲料添加剂对舍饲肉牛血清生化指标、免疫功能及生长激素的影响

         

摘要

This experiment was conducted to study the influence of the different feed additives on the serum biochemi-cal indicators,the immune system function parameters and the related growth hormone of beef cattle.A total of 42 15 month old simental crossing-breed cattles with the average weight of(326.57±11.01)kg in good body condition were randomly divid-ed into 7 groups(control group,tested groupⅠ,tested groupⅡ,tested groupⅢ,tested groupⅣ,tested groupⅤ,tested groupⅥ).With 6 replicates,which contained a cow for each.The control group was fed with basal fodder and the tested groups were fed with probiotics 1,probiotics 2,multi-enzyme preparations 1,multi-enzyme preparations 2,monensin and compound Chi-nese herbal medicine additives based on control group feed in 60 days formal trial.The results showed that:(1)Compared with the control group,the contents of total cholestero (TC),creatinine (CREA) and triglyceride (TG) and the activity of aspartate aminotransferase (AST),alanine aminotransferase (ALT) reduced and the contents of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),phosphorus (P),calcium (Ca),glucose (GLU) and the activity of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) increased in each adding group.TC levels of Chinese herbal medicine additive group were 46.53%higher (P< 0.05) than that of probiotics 2 group,CREA levels were 16.52%higher enzyme preparation 1 group (P<0.05).(2)The contents of total protein(TP),albu-min(ALB),immunoglobulin A (IgA),immunoglobulin M (IgM),immunoglobulin G (IgG),complement 4 (C4),interleukin-2 (IL-2) and IL-4 in serum all rised in each adding group with no significant difference(P>0.05).Complement 3(C3) levels of probiotics 1 group were 27.66%higher than cephalosporins group (P<0.05).(3)Each additive in this study could enhance the contents of tetraiodothyronine (T4),3,5,3’-triiodothyronine (T3),growth hormone (GH) and insulin-like growth factors (IGF-1),but there was no significant difference among groups.As a result,each additive in this study could improve immunity of the beef cattle and had an effect on serum biochemical indexes and the related growth hormone with different in-fluence degrees.%本试验旨在研究不同饲料添加剂对肉牛血清生化指标、免疫功能和生长激素的影响。选用体况良好、平均体重为(326.57±11.01)kg、年龄约为15月龄的西门塔尔杂交肉牛42头,采用完全区组试验设计,随机分为7组(对照组、试验Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ组),每组6个重复,对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组在基础日粮基础上分别添加益生菌1、益生菌2、复合酶制剂1、复合酶制剂2、莫能菌素和中草药复合添加剂,正式期60 d。结果表明:(1)与对照组相比,各参试添加剂均具有降低总胆固醇(TC)、肌肝(CREA)、甘油三脂(TG)含量和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)活性,提高高密度胆固醇(HDL-C)、磷(P)、钙(Ca)、葡萄糖(GLU)含量和酸性磷酸酶(ALP)活性的作用,中草药添加剂组TC含量显著高于益生菌2组46.53%(P<0.05),CREA含量显著高于酶制剂1组16.52%(P<0.05)。(2)各参试添加剂均对肉牛血清中总胆白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgM、IgG)、C4、白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和IL-4的含量有提高的趋势,但各试验组间无显著差异(P>0.05);益生菌1组的C3含量显著高于莫能菌素组27.66%(P<0.05)。(3)各参试添加剂对肉牛甲状腺素(T4)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、生长激素(GH)和胰岛素样生长因子(IGF-1)的含量均可起到提高作用,但各试验组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。可见,在本试验条件下,肉牛饲粮中添加各参试饲料添加剂,均可以提高肉牛免疫力,同时对肉牛血清生化指标和相关生长激素有一定影响,但影响程度不一。
