Objective To study clinical efficacy of comprehensive intervention therapy for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and influence on hemorheology and inflammatory factors of the patients.Methods 94 cases with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in our hospital were collected as the research object, were randomly divided into two groups. The research group (47 cases) was given integrated intervention therapy, the control group (47 cases) was given Jin Gangteng capsule treatment, all were treated 30 days. After treatment, the clinical curative effect, hemorheology and inflammatory factors of two groups were observed.Results After treatment, the total effective rate of research group was 89.36%, was significantly higher than 65.96%(P<0.05). The hemorheology indexes such as whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte hematocrit and fibrous protein of two groups were improved obviously(P<0.05), but the research group improved more obviously(P<0.05). After treatment, TNF-α levels of two groups were significantly lower than before(P<0.05), IL-2 levels were significantly higher(P<0.05), but the research group improved more obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive intervention therapy in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease has significant clinical efficacy, can improve hemorheology indicators, adjust the proinflammatory cytokines and inflammatory cytokines suppression, is worthy of clinical promotion.%目的 观察综合干预疗法治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效及对血液流变学和细胞因子的影响.方法选择94例慢性盆腔炎患者, 随机平均分为两组, 研究组(47例)给予综合干预疗法, 对照组(47例)给予金刚藤胶囊治疗, 均治疗30 d.疗程结束后, 观察两组治疗的临床疗效及血液流变学指标和细胞因子改善情况.结果研究组治疗的总有效率为89.36%, 显著高于对照组的65.96%, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者治疗后血液流变学指标全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞比容、纤维蛋白原水平均得到显著改善(P<0.05), 但研究组改善更明显(P<0.05).两组患者治疗后TNF-α水平均显著降低(P<0.05), IL-2水平均显著升高(P<0.05), 但研究组改善更明显(P<0.05).结论综合干预疗法治疗慢性盆腔炎临床疗效确切, 能够显著改善血液流变学指标, 调节促炎细胞因子和抑炎细胞因子的平衡, 值得临床推广.
