民营医院管理规范化探讨

摘要

在新一轮医改中，民营医院作为我国医疗卫生事业的重要补充力量，其政策空间与市场空间发生了明晰的变化。笔者从民营医院的发展趋势入手，对民营医院内部管理规范进行探讨，分析民营医院内部管理出现的主要问题并寻求解决方法。%During the medical reform of the new round, as the key added sthength to the medical and health services, the policy space and market space of private hospital were dromaticly changed. Therefore, the management of private hospital was explored according to the developing trend, and the main occuring problems and solutions were analyzed.
