Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention in elderly patients hypertension. Methods Selected 60 cases of senile hypertension patients admitted in our hospital in recent years, and patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 30 patients in each group, control group patients received routine nursing care, observation group patients received nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing, compared satisfaction in two groups. Results The nursing effect of two groups of patients were observed, blood pressure in the observation group was significantly lower than control group. Conclusion Nursing intervention in patients with hypertension can effectively lower blood pressure and blood fat, improve the quality of life.%目的：探讨老年高血压患者实施护理干预的效果。方法选取我院近年来收治的老年高血压患者60例，并随机将患者分为对照组和观察组，每组30名患者，对照组患者进行常规的护理，观察组患者在常规护理的基础上实行护理干预，对比两组患者的护理效果及临床满意度。结果对两组患者的护理效果进行观察，观察组老年高血压患者血压与对照组相比明显降低，并且观察组患者临床满意度高于对照组患者。结论在老年高血压患者中实施干预护理能够有效的帮助患者减低血压和血脂，改善生活质量，帮助老年高血压患者提升对健康知识的了解，提高治疗效果。
