头颅局部亚低温联合依达拉奉治疗脑出血的疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察头颅局部亚低温联合依达拉奉治疗脑出血的临床疗效。方法选取80例脑出血患者，随机分成对照组与观察组各40例，对照组静脉滴注依达拉奉注射液。观察组静脉滴注依达拉奉的同时给予头颅局部亚低温治疗，比较两组患者临床疗效。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.0%，对照组治疗总有效率为72.5%，两组对比差异性显著，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论头颅局部亚低温联合依达拉奉治疗脑出血效果显著，有效提高患者治疗效果，值得推广。%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of heads of local mild hypothermia combined with edaravone in treatment of cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 80 cases of cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in the control group intravenous edaravone injection. Observation group intravenous edaravone while giving head mild hypothermia therapy, the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared. Results The total effective treatment group was 95.0% in the control group,the total effective rate was 72.5%,a significant difference between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The heads of local mild hypothermia combined with edaravone in treatment of cerebral hemorrhage with a significant effect can effectively improve the recovery rate of patients, worth clinical promotion.
