对于加味柴芍六君子汤治疗肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良的临床分析

         

摘要

目的:对加味柴芍六君子汤在肝郁脾虚功能性消化不良患者临床治疗中的应用价值进行分析探讨。方法将我院收治的功能性消化不良患者90例,随机分为接受常规西医治疗和加味柴芍六君子汤治疗两组,对比两组有效率。结果接受加味柴芍六君子汤治疗的患者组,其临床治疗有效率明显高于接受常规西医治疗的患者组,P<0.05。结论加味柴芍六君子汤能够有效改善肝郁脾虚型消化不良患者的临床症状。%Objective To flavored Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction in application value in the clinical treatment of patients of the depressed liver with the insufficient spleen of functional dyspepsia. Methods Our hospital patients with functional dyspepsia were randomly divided into conventional western medicine therapy and flavored Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction. Results Accept flavored Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction treatment group,the clinical treatment efficiency is significantly higher than in patients undergoing routine western medicine treatment group,P<0.05). Conclusion Flavored Chaishao Liujunzi Decoction can effectively improve indigestion of the patient's clinical symptoms change type.
