小儿急性胃炎的临床护理

摘要

目的：探讨小儿急性胃炎的临床护理方法效果。方法对80例小儿急性胃炎临床护理方法进行分析。结果对患儿进行精心护理，使患儿和家长积极配合治疗，所有患者均全部治愈。结论缓解患儿胃部不适及其焦虑情绪，摄取合理营养及水分，避免失液过多。较大患儿能够鉴别可能引起胃部不适的原因，并学会设法避免。向患儿家属讲解基本的诱因、治疗的基本原理及再次复发的潜在因素。纠正患儿不良饮食、行为习惯，避免复发。%Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing methods of acute gastritis. Methods To analyze the 80 cases of infantile acute gastritis clinical nursing methods. Results After take good care of children, children and parents actively cooperate with treatment, al the patients were cured. Conclusion To ease the children’s stomachache and anxiety mood, absorb reasonable nutrition and moisture, in order to avoid excessive fluid loss. Older children can identify the cause for upset stomach, and learn the way how to avoid it. To explain the basic factors and the basic treatment and the underlying causes of relapse again to the relatives of the children. Correct the poor diets, bad habits of the children in order to avoid the recurrence.
