抽动、秽语综合征临床药物治疗分析

摘要

目的：观察抽动、秽语综合征临床药物治疗疗效。方法20例抽动、秽语综合征患儿药物治疗进行分析。结果经治疗7～13 d抽动可被控制效果满意。结论治疗本病采用药物配合心理疏导。小剂量开始，逐渐增加至有效剂量，症状控制后，应逐渐减量，多数患儿可恢复正常。%Objective The medical treatment effect of tourette syndrome is observed. Methods Analyzing medical treatment data of 20 cases of patients with tourette syndrome. Results The patients get treated from 7 to 13 days, and the symptom of spasm could be control ed, the treatment achieves desired effect. Conclusion The treatment of tourette syndrome is suggested to apply medical treatment combined with psychological counseling. Stating with smal dosage and increasing gradual y to be effective, and then the dosage should be reduced gradual y as soon as the symptom get control ed, and most children patients could be cured and get recovery.
