脑梗塞后遗症患者的康复护理探析

摘要

ObjectiveTo be studied the recovery nursing method and its effect on patients with cerebral infarction sequelae.Methods Choose 70 patients with cerebral infarction sequelae who were treated in hospital from September 2014 to October 2015 and separated them into groups at random, 38 patients in study group were given comprehensive recovery nursing, while 32 patients in control group were given conventional nursing, and then compare patients’ physical function recovery conditions between two groups.Results Patients’ treatment efficacy in study group is 94.74% and patients’ treatment efficacy in control group was 81.25%; thus, patients’ physical function recovery condition in study group was much more favorable than that in control group (P<0.05).ConclusionComprehensive recovery nursing is effective for patients with cerebral infarction sequelae; it is conducive to relieving patients’ symptoms, shortening recovery time, increasing physical comfort, promoting their quality of life and reducing complication incidence, thus, such a nursing method is recommended.%目的：探究脑梗塞后遗症患者采取康复护理的具体措施及效果。方法选取2014年9月～2015年10月收治的70例脑梗塞后遗症患者进行护理研究，随机分组，实验组38例患者接受综合的康复护理，对照组32例患者选择常规护理，比较患者身体功能的恢复情况。结果实验组护理有效率为94.74%，对照组护理有效率为81.25%。实验组患者身体的恢复情况更佳P＜0.05）。结论脑梗塞后遗症患者采取综合康复护理，可减少身体症状，缩短身体康复的时间，提高身体的舒适度和生活质量，减少并发症。
