Provided is a rehabilitation care system, comprising a bed peripheral rail (02) arranged along the periphery of a bed (01); a mechanical arm (03) mounted on the bed peripheral rail (02), wherein the mechanical arm (03) can move along the bed peripheral rail (02); and a control unit, which can control the bed peripheral rail (02) and the mechanical arm (03), wherein the bed peripheral rail (02) is arranged in a segmented manner, and can be formed by splicing multiple segments of sub-rails, and the height of each sub-rail can be independently adjusted relative to the other sub-rails; and the mechanical arm (03) comprises multiple segments of mechanical arm rods, the mechanical arm rods can form an enclosed protective ring to assist in walking rehabilitation training and can also extend and maintain a posture so as to assist a user in completing an action. The system is driven by using data, and all states, processes and results can be measured. The mechanical arm (03) and the bed peripheral rail (02) can be flexibly adjusted, and can satisfy various different requirements. The existing bed (01) is fully used, and the comprehensive cost of the product is reduced.
