康复护理在老年股骨颈骨折患者护理中的临床应用及体会

摘要

Objective To explore the effects of rehabilitation nursing in patient care in the clinical application effect of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture and nursing interventions of experience were summarized in this paper.MethodsRoutine nursing intervention mode was used in the control group, the observation group on the basis of the implementation of early rehabilitation nursing, compared two groups of Barthel Index (activities of daily living ADL).ResultsAfter systematic rehabilitation nursing intervention, patients in the observation group self-care ability improved significantly than that of the control group, the differences between the two groups of patients significantly (P < 0.05).ConclusionEarly rehabilitation nursing intervention can significantly improve patients life self-care ability, can have a positive role in promoting the excelent prognosis of patients.%目的：探讨康复护理在老年股骨颈骨折患者护理中的临床应用效果，并对护理干预工作体会进行总结。方法对照组采用常规护理干预模式，观察组在此基础上实施早期康复护理，比较两组患者Barthel指数（生活自理能力）。结果经过系统的康复护理干预，观察组患者生活自理能力改善程度明显优于对照组，两组患者差异明显（P＜0.05）。结论早期康复护理干预，可显著提高患者生活自理能力，对患者良好预后可产生积极的促进作用。
