基于社会发生新形势剖析医院医疗纠纷发生的原因及防范经验

With the development of the medical enterprise,the contradiction between doctors and patients has become increasingly prominent. The hospital should sum up experience,strengthen management, improve service ability,and reduce medical disputes. This paper mainly discusses the cause of hospital medical disputes and draw experience to reduce medical disputes.%基于社会发生新形势剖析医院纠纷发生的原因及防范经验。通过强化管理病历书写和保存、强化医生同患方的沟通和医德医风建设、强化管理医务人员的语言和窗口科室工作。使得医院医疗纠纷减少。因此得出结论在新的社会形式下，借鉴防范经验能够有效减少医疗纠纷。
