探讨中西医结合疗法治疗桥本氏甲状腺炎的临床疗效

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of Hashimoto's thyroiditis.Methods100 cases in our hospital for treatment of Hashimoto's thyroiditis patients from January 2014 to December 2014 period,the patients were randomly divided into two groups and the control group,50 patients in each group. In the control group of patients treated with conventional medicine method, combined with the observation group were Yiqi yangyin huoxue Tang decoction for treatment. The treatment effect was observed and compared two groups of patients. Results The effect of the patients in the observation group was better than the control group. In which two groups of patients,the total effective rate was 94% and 82%,compared the difference between groups,it was statisticaly significant(P<0.05). In addition,the observation group and the control group of patients improvement in thyroid function parameters were statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Integrative therapeutic of Hashimoto's thyroiditis have better clinical results,this kind of therapy is better than western medicine.%目的：探讨中西医结合疗法治疗桥本氏甲状腺炎的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1～12月我院接受治疗的桥本氏甲状腺炎患者100例，将患者随机分为观察组与对照组，每组患者50例。其中对照组患者以常规西药法进行治疗，观察组患者在此基础上联合中药汤剂益气养阴活血汤进行治疗，对两组患者的治疗效果进行观察比较。结果观察组患者效果优于对照组，其中两组患者治疗总有效率为94%与82%，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。此外，观察组与对照组患者在甲状腺功能指标的改善，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论中西医结合疗效治疗桥本氏甲状腺炎具有较好的临床效果，该种疗法优于单纯西药治疗。
