凝血酶加明胶海绵填充鼻腔治疗鼻腔嗅裂区出血疗效观察

摘要

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Inconsistency contrast thrombin glue sponges and gelatin sponge filled nasal in treatment of nasal olfactory cleft bleeding.Methods From 2013 to May 2015,48 cases of nasal olfactory cleft bleeding,after the consent of the patient,were divided into treatment group and control group 24 cases each,the treatment group patients inconsistency thrombin sponge rubber padding,while patients in the control group filled gelatin sponge hemostasis,treatment compared two groups of patients.Results The treatment group among the total effective rate was 83.3%(20/24),the total effective treatment in the control group were 66.7%(16/24), compare the results meaningful.Conclusion The nasal olfactory cleft bleeding by thrombin and glutin sponge filling has the advantages of obvious hemostatic effect.%目的：对比使用凝血酶加明胶海绵和使用明胶海绵填充鼻腔治疗鼻腔嗅裂区出血的治疗效果。方法将我院2013年～2015年5月收治的鼻腔嗅裂区出血的患者48例，在经过患者同意的基础上把患者分为治疗组和对照组两组各24例，对治疗组的患者使用凝血酶加明胶海绵填充，而对照组的患者使用明胶海绵填充压迫止血，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果治疗组当中总的治疗有效率为83.3%（20/24）；对照组当中的总的治疗有效率为66.7%（16/24），结果对比具有意义。结论鼻腔嗅裂区出血采用凝血酶加明胶海绵填充具有止血效果明显的优点。
